DELAXIOR Cosme Cocktail Style Q Basic Cream is a neutral-range, cysteamine-based curling cream for a range of lightly to moderately damaged hair. Its Repair Plex formula creates soft, treatment-like curls without a separate fixing lotion.

Heat-assisted curl formation

The Repair Plex formula combines gamma-docosalactone, levulinic acid and maleic acid with rod heating to support curl formation and a soft finish.

Agent selection guide

Damage level 1 - Undamaged hair
Hair remains water-repellent when wetted.
Colour level guide: 4-6.
Heating guide: Approximately 15 minutes at 60 deg C.

Damage level 2 - Low damage
Hair absorbs water slowly with little noticeable change.
Colour level guide: 7-9.
Heating guide: Approximately 10 minutes at 60 deg C.

Select Mild Cream for damage levels 3-4. Do not treat level 5 hair that immediately absorbs water and breaks when pulled.

Application

① After consultation and pre-shampooing, spray shaken Cocktail Acid 2.5 onto damaged areas.
② Apply the cream thinly while winding onto rods. Use approximately 30-50g and work it into the hair.
③ Heat at 60 deg C until dry, using the selection guide above, then cool for approximately 3 minutes.
④ Confirm the hair is dry before removing the rods. Insufficient drying may affect curl formation and retention.
⑤ Spray Cocktail Acid 2.5 onto the hair, rinse with water and apply treatment.
⑥ Towel-dry, spray Cocktail Acid 2.5 onto the hair and style.
