AIVIL Magipa Rod U-Clips are specially designed for use with AIVIL Magipa Rods, helping secure the rods during root perm treatments.
Magipa Rods are designed for Korean-style root perms, also known as Puri Curl. This technique creates soft, natural-looking volume at the roots without forming waves along the hair lengths.
Features of Root Perms
- Creates lift and volume at the roots using specially designed rods.
- Avoids applying perm solution to damaged hair ends, unlike conventional perms.
- Does not form waves along the hair lengths, as the hair is not wound from the ends.
- Perm solution is applied only to approximately 2-3 cm of hair near the roots, leaving a small gap from the scalp to help minimise irritation.
- Creates soft, natural-looking volume with simple blow-drying.
- The treated section blends naturally with the rest of the hair as it grows.
