DELAXIOR Cocktail Wave EUREKA Hard is a cysteine-based perm first agent for healthy to lightly damaged hair. It creates waves with clear definition using Chiyoda Kagaku's M.A Reduction & Airy Watering formula.
Low-alkali formulation and reduced residual odour
A highly volatile alkali helps reduce over-processing, while a balanced blend of reducing agents helps reduce lingering perm odour. The formula contains approximately 20-30% less reducing agent and alkali than conventional formulations.
Repair and moisture care
Formulated with nano marine cholesterol for hair repair, alongside organic dog rose extract and rice-bran-derived inositol for moisture care.

Recommended for healthy to lightly damaged hair when a defined wave result is required.
First-agent application
① Apply the first agent following pre-treatment and rod winding.
② Cover with a cap and leave for 5-15 minutes without added heat, then perform a test curl.
③ Rinse with the rods in place, then blot excess water with a towel before proceeding to the second-agent stage.
