DELAXIOR Cocktail Wave EUREKA Second Lotion BR C is a bromate-based perm second agent for use with the cysteine-based EUREKA Soft, Medium and Hard first agents.
Body and wave definition
Helps give hair body and firmness while creating waves with clear definition.
System compatibility
Use with EUREKA Soft, Medium or Hard. For EUREKA Extra Hard, select the corresponding BR T second lotion.
Second-agent application
① After intermediate rinsing, blot excess water with a towel and spray Cocktail Acid 2.5 onto the hair. Shake Cocktail Acid 2.5 before use.
② Apply Second Lotion BR C in two applications, with a processing time of 15 minutes.
③ Remove the rods, then rinse with water.
