DELAXIOR Straight Assist 1 is a neutral, cysteamine-based straightening cream with reducing power to handle most curl types. It leaves hair with a soft, straight texture.

Colour-conscious straightening

The neutral formula allows straightening of coloured mid-lengths and ends without fading the existing hair colour.

Residual odour control

Formulated with four deodorising agents, including tea leaf distillate, to help reduce residual odour.

Agent selection guide

Recommended for mild straightening at damage level LV.3 and strong or mild straightening at LV.4.

LV.3 - Medium damage
Hair lacks shine, feels noticeably dry and rough, and is somewhat difficult to finger-comb. This condition is common in hair that has been both permed and coloured.
Colour level guide: approximately levels 11-13, coloured using a 6% oxidant.
Straightening strength: Mild.

LV.4 - High damage
Hair is extremely dry, rough and stiff, is difficult to finger-comb and absorbs water quickly. This condition is common after repeated perming, colouring or straightening.
Colour level guide: approximately levels 14-16, bleached 1-2 times.
Straightening strength: Strong or mild. Treat with care.

Colour levels are a guide only and exclude hair that has been toned down. Not suitable for LV.5 severely damaged hair that breaks easily when pulled and lacks elasticity.
