1. "WATER RICH CREAM" Formula for Clear Coloration from Within**  
The main ingredients of the first cream are water and oil, with the oxidation dyes and alkalizing agents that are key to lifting and achieving clear color dissolved in the water.  
THROW maximizes the water content in the first cream and drastically reduces the oil content with the "WATER RICH CREAM" formula.  
While oil contributes to ease of application and smoothness, it also forms a barrier on the hair surface, obstructing the penetration of oxidation dyes and alkalizing agents.  
By adjusting the oil to the minimum amount needed to retain its benefits, the dyes are delivered via the water, allowing them to penetrate thoroughly and achieve clear color from within the hair.
