This 3% oxidizing lotion is the exclusive second agent for the THROW MERGE color line. MERGE COLOR is designed to soften contrast by giving natural transparency to black hair while allowing gray hair to develop in soft, muted tones. By minimizing dark brown dyes and combining multiple pigments over a sheer blue base, it creates hybrid shades with a natural, seamless blend.

Key Features of ASH Oxy

■ W-Ash Technology (Double Anion System)
To pursue efficient color development, both the first and second agents are formulated with an anion base. This forms a liquid-crystal cream structure that helps deliver oxidative dyes and alkali from the cream phase into the water phase more effectively, enhancing dye penetration.

In addition, by giving the hair surface a negative charge, positively charged conditioning ingredients (cationic agents) act more effectively—resulting in hair with improved shine and smoothness.

1: First agent uses POE Cetyl Ether Phosphate (anionic surfactant).
Second agent uses Sodium Tetradecene Sulfonate solution (anionic surfactant).

Differences from the Traditional THROW Oxy

• The previous polymer ingredient*2 has been removed to achieve a full anion-base system.

• Includes added Botanical Essence (Comfrey Extract / Linden Extract / Peony Extract / Dextrin) for healthier, smoother hair.
