Product Description
A refillable pump foamer for applying the second perm solution as a smooth, even foam.
By refilling with a foaming Type-2 perm solution, the Bubble Injector II transforms the liquid into a soft foam for easy, controlled application. This helps improve coverage and reduces dripping during salon perm work.
The container is supplied empty; please refill with products such as Form Up Better RX 2nd Solution.
Foaming performance may vary when used with solutions from manufacturers other than Fine Cosmetics.
