These rods are designed exclusively for the Ns, be Jewelry, and PLUSPA digital perm systems. Each rod is equipped with a precision internal temperature sensor, ensuring stable, accurate heating and a higher level of safety during professional digital perm services.

Rod Cleaning Instructions

■ Although the rods are treated with waterproof coating, they are still electrical components. Avoid submerging them in water or washing roughly, as this may cause malfunctions.
■ To clean, gently wipe each rod with a towel. For stubborn residue, use a well-wrung towel dampened with diluted neutral detergent, then wipe dry thoroughly.
■ When rinsing, avoid immersing the cable connection area. Wash rods individually and dry carefully afterward, especially around the connector.
■ If moisture enters the connector, shake the rod gently to remove remaining water.

Warranty

■ As these rods are consumable items, they are not covered under warranty except for initial defects within one week of delivery.
■ Because they are precision components, shocks such as dropping may cause damage. Handle with care.
