Product Description

The New Ever Cold Paper is made from a special paper with a convenient thickness, making it easy to wind and allowing the paper to blend well with the hair, thereby shortening the winding time. It also has excellent cold liquid penetration and stretchability, preventing uneven application of cold liquid.

Paper Size and Corresponding Rod Sizes:

Please choose the appropriate size for the rod size. (Approximate guidelines)

  • S Size → F3 to F6
  • L Size → F14 to F17

  • American → F7 to F13

Penetration

Perm penetration is not good, but if you apply it after coloring on the hairline of a short cut head, the hair dye will not float and it will be easy for the color to enter even short gray hair.
