This is a dedicated clip to be used in combination with the IBILL Magiper Rod (144402).
The IBILL Magiper Rod is a rod that allows you to easily perform root perms (Korean-style pre-curls).
"Pre" means "root" in Korean, and this is a popular treatment these days because it makes the roots fluffy.
Features of root perms
- A special curler is used to create lift only at the roots.
- Unlike traditional perms, the agent is not applied to damaged hair ends.
- The hair is not curled from the ends, so it does not become wavy.
- The agent is only applied to the roots, 2 to 3 centimeters away from the skin, so there is no need to worry about it stinging.
- Just dry it with a hair dryer to create a fluffy feel.
