Utsumi's flagship product, known as "UTUMI of thinning shears."
These hair care thinning shears were developed to reduce the damage caused by thinning.
They use a special saw-like blade that minimizes the amount of blade that comes into contact with the hair.
It's a condensed "comfort" for both the cutter and the person being cut.
It blurs the thinning line and has fewer snags, allowing for stress-free cutting.
