About Coating & Warranty
Uncoated wooden wagons are more susceptible to warping, cracking, and misalignment, which may cause drawers to become stiff or damaged.
They also accumulate dirt more easily and may deteriorate faster. Therefore, using the product uncoated is not recommended.
If you choose to coat the wagon yourself, please complete the coating within two weeks of delivery, as leaving it uncoated may lead to warping or cracking.
Please note that uncoated wagons are not eligible for free repair or exchange after two weeks from delivery, or once self-coating has been applied.
For coated wagons, a 3-month warranty period is provided.
