These NEW EVER Kisski Cold Papers are made from a specially formulated sheet with an ideal thickness that wraps easily and conforms naturally to the hair, helping shorten winding time. Their excellent permeability and stretchability support uniform absorption of cold wave lotion, preventing patchy saturation during perm processing.
